I get the same mileage with my 3/4 ton. I only have about 500 HP though and it aint nearly as pimp as an Envoy

the trailblazer/envoys make pretty decent tow vehicles. we do sell envoys mostly to women.

My Envoy averaged about 17.5 going 75, with a 3.73 rear axle. I bet you have the 3.42 which gives better highway mileage, but kills your city mileage. My Acadia at 75 got 20.2 with just 5k on it. The Envoy towed my 3,000 boat no problem, we will see what the Acadia does, it makes less power and weighs about 500 more pounds than our Envoy did.

Once I left my driveway in a hurry and I accidentally towed my entire neighborhood up to Mercer... I was wondering why I only got 18 mpg that day.

When diesel fuel hits $5.75 a gallon it'll still be a bargain.
