Mike we already got the 2-way 6-mile walkie talkie things. They are ok at best, he uses those on his conue trips up or down my river. And for the record, just because YOU were always within earshot of dad don't make it the way to go... look how you turned out.
There will be no "texting" in his future under my roof and I do like the programable phone number idea.
I'll check into seein how much more a add-a-line is and if any AT&T/AllTel/Verison/pay as you go/ customers got coverage down my HWY FF.
Thanks for the input people, I know less about this than I do about snowmobiles.

Got da ATT xtra line for 10 bones a month just eliminate da messages and you'll be fine... Payphones don't exist anymore so dem cell phones is kinda mandatory otherwise plan on sit'n and wait'n cuz sports practice never ends on time.
Otherwise tell when the street lights go on he better get his azz home...

I attended the wake of a good friends dad last week and got to sit with many of my friends from my childhood. I mean from as far back as I remember like 3 years old to my teens. We talked about the old neighborhood and had many laughs. The old days were simpler times.
