geeez... I could buy SEVEN of my suburbans for da price o one o dem... and get a whopping THREE more miles to the gallon. ???

Car and Driver more credible? Slightly different results by different journalists who tested hybrid and non-hybrids side by side.

From Car and Driver:
The Tahoe 4wd hybrid comes only in a well-optioned version for $53,295. That’s about five grand more than a comparably equipped regular Tahoe. If you drive mostly on the highway, you’ll never make up the extra cost in fuel savings. But if you drive 15,000 miles per year, mostly in the city, you’ll save more than 300 gallons of gasoline per year. At $3 per gallon, you’ll make up the extra hybrid cost in about five years.

well M1tim, i'm starin at my invioces right now. those rag heads spin things in whatever screwy way their puny minds want , they are no different than you given your "expert" opinion on sleds. and look at how well that goes over in the real world.
