Bill Clinton butchered the Military to the size it isl. He cut over a third of the Army alone.
The reason why, Reagan ended the cold war, World was at peace and we did not need a huge military.
Then there was a bombing of the World Trade Center garage, Clinton did nothing and Bin Laden watched, bombed Marine Corps barak in Northern Africa, Clinton did nothing, Bin Laden watched, cut-n-run in Mogadishu, then the World Trade Center.
