I haven't had a square one pull thru...more square inches on da backside. Don't put any studs on tha outsides of da track, you'll be gettin a new one two weeks later. Kayrist I got bout 5/16" over ta top of tha lug and there's no clearance issue. Pretty sure Frednuts has it...I remember checkin dat out when lining my shizzle up on da 6hundo. Course da track I took off had rub marks in it lol

I got 196 in my 1 " Hacksaw. 1.080 studboy power points. Inside, outside, and upsidedown. All 196 are still there although I didn't ride it too much last year Last track (original)had one tear out from the outside and enbedded itself in the snow flap, stayed there for 2 years till the track failed. Square aluminum backers are better than round ones, as long as their installed right. Hookin and bookin with 196 ! C-ya.
1.375"ers for a ripsaw 1.25 track.

Kooch, depends on how long you go. What size track and what length of stud are you going to use? That'll depend if you need some extra protection there or not.

On 144" I used 152 studs with double square backers with 1/4 of them double angled backers. Notice the tunnel protectors.
Straight= stopping
Angled= accelleration
See the right way to install studs below......

95 1.575" megabites on a 1.25" 144" traction is ideal. Plenty of bite ta skillie across a ice rink, not too many that ya can't have the sled freed up coming into the turn, and doesn't add so much rotating weight that a F6 goes by a poo 800 on top end

Yeah looks sweet Harold, but yur gay azz ride don't have the coolers right where you put the mo fo protectors. If I had yur money i'd be puttin in the double backers and all da fancy shizz.
I just got 140 used ones with square backers. I resharpened all the tips. some backers are a little tweaked. I would say they are 1 1/8 studs so they'll only stick out about .125, in which case to buddy's point i shouldn't need those handicapped track rubbin sum biches.

Hey "Retardo the Clown",
You said "yur gay azz ride don't have the coolers right where you put the mo fo protectors", what are you talking about? I didn't say anything about coolers? Are you confused and having one of your special gold star days where you didn't bang your head against the wall numerous times today?
