Picked it up from where I stored it.

Before dismantling

Got a lot of parts off

Jackshaft in the vise

At first I thought maybe I can't do this, the shaft and clutch were so easy to do and put back in.
I am not a mechanic, wow was that easy with the right tools. Can't wait for snow!!!!!

Skunk, the tools came in a kit. tander9726@aol.com. The guy is on dootalk alot. I already had the spring compressor for the primary from old sleds, got the button retainers, qrs tool, puller, and video from him. At the time he had special summer prices and the vid was free with complete set. dynamo joe at revzone.com has tutorials on how to do it also. Youtube had bill cudney doing clutches. Every time I have a question both of these guys answer right away. I am very comfortable using their stuff.
Mikey used dj also, I think.
skunk, let me know and I'll pm you all the info I got.

Uller, I had to do something with the qrs secondary. The sled would show 108mph and the next run back would be 81. The secondary adjuster was a must also. I do feel after 5 years of research they fell short and hurried the calibrations on the clutching. Everything else on the sled is great! Love the ride, way it handles, looks, just failed in the clutching.
Was going to put a Team on but it would'a cost a bundle. I'll try this first. It takes me a long time to drive up and ride, hate to drive 7 hours just to fix shizz.

I can't believe how bad the sheaves are. This is 1600 miles and you can feel the wear marks. I am not sure if this is normal or not.
Should I rub a touch of grease on the shaft before putting the primary back on?
