Now it's two of the big libby states with their hands out, Cal and Mass. Just think about the possiblities of what we have to look forward to in the future on the national level. I can see it now, the US going all over the world with a tin cup in their hand begging for a hand out. Sobering thought! I feel like we are throughing out the dish pan with the dish water just for the sake of change.
