I agree with you ice but I am in the middle of a different project right now and they approach me last week wit the line of credit got lowered and I have to wait for my money.
Hence forth, I am not working there today, I floated them 9 mos last year and told them to find a different trade to float them this time.

Buddy in 03 and 05 the repubs controlled the house, senate and the white house....so in reality the repubs blocked it.
Your spot on and that deal sucks.
Now what would have happened next would be CC's would be frozen and payment if full demand notices would go out to all in CC debt.
Now you want auto insurance but want to spread it out over 4 payments? No more...you want insurance pay up front!

My point exactly!!
That won't matter. No one will be issued any credit...period. Like I said banks won't even lend each other money till the bailout was passed last week.

so yer insistance that all is gloom and doom matches the fear tactics obbies usin to attempt gettin elected...how convienent.....i figger til we citizens can allow ourselves to agree er disagree based on tangibles insteada automatically chantin the campaign slogans of their current choice, we're all fuked....what we're doin here matches excactly the tone of our elected officials and thats just constant bi partisan petty bickerin with no thought of what needs ta be done......this obbie vrs johhnymac campaign is a perfect example.....neither one is that far off from the other regardin their announced doctrines, yet ta listen to both sides, they're at complete odds.....the desire to have "your man" elected no matter what he's proposin has takin front seat to whats good fer da nation

mc, like in my senario. Not just the housing market, all business.
This is a huge problem right now, I don't feel the gov't should get involved so fast. We now have a knee-jerk reaction that cost the tax payers huge!

If you can't get a loan and spend $$ on payments, I guess you'll at least be able to spend that money into the economy, both ways allow the flow of money into the economy.

I pay my auto insurance in full every 6 months. I could have it broken down per month as an option if I wanted.

Problem is the economy needs spending to continue, credit needs to be paid first. Printing $700 trillion is inflation.

we need to get to a point where spendin our asses off isn't required to maintain solvency.....when how much can be spent dictates over how much is saved, when it comes to assessin our economic health, we end up where we're at
