Trevor has had both, he is now wearing a KLIM vest that is made for them by Tek Vest. so far I have heard the least complaints about this one. It has much more room too move in the shoulder area. he still is not happy with the shoulder pads though? so the next one looks like it will be a castle vest. Beau and nick Vanstrydonk use the castle unit, and say it is pretty comfy.
If you need a vest for BJ. we have a bewear and a tek vest you could try before you make a descision to buy one.

Safejac. At First when you try it on it will seem a little uncomfortable, because its stiff but once you wear it, your body heat will mold it to your body shape and becomes very maluable. after probably about 30min of wearing it in the morning I dont even notice it at all.
