Well in roughly 10 hours I'll be breathing in the sweet NOS...
Procedure is easy...
incision one- take a piece of the pelvis...stitch
incision two- take extracted pelvis material and sandwich it between the 2 chunks of broken Navicular, screw em together and wire it up to the other bone nearby...stitch
Recover

Wish I woulda known ahead of time... I woulda warned you about taking chunks from the pelvis/hip area. Those are worse at healing than the surgical site. You shoulda went for the cadaver bone.
