Please take 5 minutes and contact your elected officials TODAY!
Tomorrow, Friday June 26, Congress will be voting on the Energy Bill. As of today they still aren't sure what is in the Energy bill, but that doesn't matter to them, they want it passed now.
Speaker Pelosi made the passage of the Waxman-Markley Energy Tax bill a personal mission. Enough said!

My fellow UP'ers....Bart Stupak plans on voting for the Energy Bill!
Oh one last thing....they will also be voting on the Amnesty Bill tomorrow.....and possibly the Card Check bill!
Funny how health care is the issue with all this going on behind the scenes!

Next step is to call your state senators and get petitions going.
I canvassed for signatures around here (the Lansing area) and everyone signed, but I knew it was futile as Mark Schauer is a worthless pos and too busy brown nosing to go against the party.
My representative Bart Stupak pissed me off so much, that I will work hard to get rid of him come election time. The last time I was politically active was when I worked for the McGovern campaign! God I am OLD!
