Lots of people at work doin the countdown thing to their thirty years...some people in management are gettin these things known as "packages" that bridge them to their thirty years and they can retire now...basically they are gettin paid up to two years some of them to sit at home while they wait for their retirement to kick in.....the company owners do not do it for hourly employees though....and they never explain why this is feasible, so I can't wait to get all my days paid off.

1. Dumb like stick
2. Only good for working a shovel
3. Not making enough to offload your salary
