Arctic Cat Recalls 7,100 Snowmobiles

Arctic Cat has recalled 7,100 snowmobiles after production testing revealed a problem with the machines’ headlights. Affected models are 2012 F, XF and M snowmobiles. Specific serial number ranges apply.
Though there have been no reports of headlamp failures or injuries, the fuse for the light could fail, which might disorient the operator and cause a crash.
Owners of affected machines should contact a dealer to schedule a free repair.
VIN range of affected machines:
Recalled snowmobiles can be identified by the last six numerals of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the following ranges: 105092 through 112175 or 800001 through 800033. The VIN is stamped on the right side of the tunnel.
